Elle a pour objectif l’intégration sociale et l’accès au marché du travail des personnes migrantes\, par le biais de services de coaching de vie :\n• Soutien psychologique : Offrir un accompagnement personnalisé pour aider les migrants à gérer\nle stress\, l’anxiété et les traumatismes liés à leur parcours migratoire.\n• Développement personnel : Aider les migrants à identifier et à développer leurs compétences\npersonnelles et professionnelles.\n• Intégration sociale : Faciliter l’intégration des migrants dans la société en renforçant leur\nconfiance en eux et en améliorant leurs compétences en communication.\n• Insertion professionnelle : Collaborer avec des associations et des entreprises pour créer des\nopportunités d’emploi et de formation pour les migrants. \nWe’re delighted to welcome the Victory association at La Farce.
