Permanence de l’Association Victory – Victory association

Nous avons le plaisir d’accueillir l’association Victory dans nos locaux. Elle a pour objectif l’intégration sociale et l’accès au marché du travail des personnes migrantes, par le biais de services de coaching de vie :
• Soutien psychologique : Offrir un accompagnement personnalisé pour aider les migrants à gérer
le stress, l’anxiété et les traumatismes liés à leur parcours migratoire.
• Développement personnel : Aider les migrants à identifier et à développer leurs compétences
personnelles et professionnelles.
• Intégration sociale : Faciliter l’intégration des migrants dans la société en renforçant leur
confiance en eux et en améliorant leurs compétences en communication.
• Insertion professionnelle : Collaborer avec des associations et des entreprises pour créer des
opportunités d’emploi et de formation pour les migrants.

We’re delighted to welcome the Victory association at La Farce. Their aim is to help migrants integrate into society and access the labour market, through life coaching services:
– Psychological support: offering personalised support to help migrants manage stress, anxiety and trauma linked to their migration experience.
– Personal development: Helping migrants to identify and develop their personal and professional skills.
– Social integration: Facilitating migrants’ integration into society by boosting their self-confidence and improving their communication skills.
– Professional integration: Working with associations and businesses to create employment and training opportunities for migrants.
